    ArcGIS FeatureFilter shim.

Documented divergence — objectIds element type (#1013). ArcGIS declares objectIds: number[]. This shim declares Array<number | string>: Honua's non-Esri sources (OGC API Features, GeoJSON, STAC) carry string feature ids, and narrowing the property to number would make the shim unable to hold ids it has to round-trip through queryFeatures / queryObjectIds. The array itself is mutable, as ArcGIS declares it — filter.objectIds.push(id) is honored, because the array the shim stores is the array it evaluates.

Use FeatureFilterCompat.toEsriProperties to project the filter onto the exact ArcGIS shape; it fails loudly rather than silently dropping an id ArcGIS cannot represent. See docs/migration-punch-list.md.
