    Interface ColumnarBatchCacheStorageExperimental

    Storage primitives the key, screening, integrity, freshness, and eviction logic is built on.

    Reads may return anything at all — every value is revalidated before it can become a batch — and every method may reject, which degrades to a miss or a refusal rather than an exception in a caller's data path. write must apply the entry and its evictions atomically: a partial application would leave the store over quota with no record of why.
