    Interface ColumnarTelemetryExperimental

    Before/after/error collector for columnar execution. Mirrors HonuaRuntimeTelemetry; supply one object and wire it to every columnar surface. Hooks must not be relied on to run synchronously (see the module's delivery-ordering note) and are never awaited.
