keep-esri-client: leave ArcGIS source as written and repoint the app's service URLs at Honua.
assisted-conversion: apply the codemod where it rewrites safely and hold the rest for review; the app still depends on @arcgis/core.
complete-honua-conversion: the migrated source has no ArcGIS import, manual call site or classic widget runtime requirement left.
