The reviewed migration pipeline for one ArcGIS JS application:
scan and plan: the scanner, codemod and report run unchanged; the codemod
writes into a throwaway copy, so the plan carries the exact source patch
and package.json change without touching the app;
review: the plan has a digest over every input and output, and apply
refuses any digest but the one a fresh plan produces;
apply the source and dependency changes;
install, build and browser validation through the app's own npm scripts;
a residual-work report that says which stages ran and what is left.
