KNOWN GAP (honua-server#3363/#3430/#3431): gp-dev grants the Pro edition
but cannot yet request the base, analysis, and esri-gp MCP server
profiles that the zero-to-map journey needs, because the server has not
published the configuration key that enables them. Nothing in this checkout -
fixture, journey plan, generated Admin contract, or documentation - names
that key, and emitting a guessed environment variable would produce a compose
file that silently does nothing. The key is deliberately left unset until the
server contract lands; mcp/src/release/zero-to-map.ts fails the preflight
with an actionable "enable the server profile" diagnostic in the
meantime.
